Georelays is the worst solution for Bitchat. Do it like Vito, use all Relays if possible, add support to add custom relay with Amber support as well. If you want to prevent bot, put encryption in public chat, remove the icon showing what the user's real location is by geohash, add a kind of POW to prevent flooding even if the keys keep alternating.
