1. Activate "Coins" under "View" in the toolbar.
2. In Coins tab, right click on UTXO -> "Privacy Analysis"
What does that do exactly?
It visualizes the transaction history of the selected utxo so you can more easily see to which previous transactions in your wallet it can be linked to.
