So sorry to hear that! Injuries suck. I had major left foot issues two years ago and then major right foot issues at the end of last summer…both of which hobbled me. So I empathize with the set back. I hope you get the shoulder pain in check soon and get back on your path! Sending healing vibes!!!
Thank you 🙏, working on it daily. I went from only being able to run 15min to 30min. Doing everything I can gym , physio it’s a slow process but not giving up.
