Lol. One of the dishes I like is salmon (more traditionally cooked, with a rub), on Ned of spinach and oversized Tuscan beans in tomatoe sauce.
So this was a variant.
Why beans in the other dish? Not sure. But you're missing out

No, I love Tuscan beans. I just never thought to put them on the same plate as salmon. I usually plate it with rice if Iām doing an Asian style dish or small potatoes if Iām doing a more traditional style. With either one I will usually add spinach, string beans, or something like broccoli rabe. Now I want to try it your way next time.
