They block VPN connections? I never noticed. As much as I wish that everyone just used LBRY the freedom loving platforms lack a lot of the content I want to watch so i'm still stuck at youtube. But with an adblock that works, and with a VPN. If your VPN gets blocked its time to get a new one because they aren't doing this. It would mean the IP of your specific VPN has a ton of abuse on it.

At least Mullvad is blocked when not signed in to YouTube. Maybe VPN is not blocked when signed in, but I’m not going to do that. It’s true that alternative platforms don’t have the same variety of content, but for me, Odysee, Rumble and Ickonic offer enough. And I prefer books anyway. 🙂
