Can you highlight what do you like on Primal's UI? It's never going to be possible to fork them into Amethyst.

It just has that aesthetic polish like X. I didn't have to do anything to get what feels like full functionality except a one-minute onboarding flow. The integrated wallet also has a great UI/ UX.
Someone commented "you're doing pretty good, you've even found your way onto WoT relays", but I didn't even know what that meant (I had to look it up).
The bottom line is that it's very polished and user-friendly, and works great out-of-the-box.
Once I learned that Amethyst had edits, I downloaded it on Zapstore, put in my public key, and only a couple of my notes showed up. I tried adding relays, and some other things, but it didn't really help. I've been "wasting" too much time on here already, so I said "F-it" and went back to Primal.
I'm rooting hard for edits to win though, or at least deletes.
So, your public inbox and outbox relay list only has relays that are not available anymore. Basically only primal's relay is working. That's probably why Amethyst couldn't load much.
If you load your npub on Amethyst and open the relay page, you will see that all of the download and upload stats show Zero (nothing is being downloaded or uploaded).
You might want to delete and add other ones like nostr.mom and nos.lol.
Primal has a caching server. So I think most of your posts are loading only from their central server.
Primal has a clean look and feel, sticking to the information you need.
It also has nice spacing between posts and different font sizes and boldface accents for each section (username and icons) that make it easy to separate information.
The full horizontal use of the screen is also eye-catching, especially when posting media.
Screen transitions are also smooth and beautiful.
Very interesting. I thought we used the same screen transition effect 🤔
In fact, I think the screen transition effect is pretty much the same.
Perhaps Amethyst could simplify the caption that informs about the automatic translation.
It is currently very long and, because it is repeated in all posts, it ends up polluting the visual aspect a bit too.
In the case of my language, this caption takes up 2 lines in each post.
It could be something like:
"(translation icon) English → Portuguese"
