2) That a private key is actually kept secret.

Not probable in the absolute sense, but to a high enough degree of confidence that would make it indistinguishable from a proof?
2. You can chose a string of 256 bits yourself. If you do that you can be sure its private.

2. 3. can't be certain but there are degrees of confidence
2 and 3 are logical. But I believe we need digital bindings to actually work. Nostr keys instead of national IDs. ๐ตโ๐ซ
