Even funnier, a couple of years ago I was walking quite happily down the road, I coughed and suddenly couldn't walk or stand up straight - that single cough put me out of action for a fortnight 😂

Ok, damn. Yeah, I'm reaching 40. Except for the hip, I don't have many other issues 😅 I still feel young, but my body has a tough time keeping up sometimes
