Only just turned 46 - I think the fact that I'm fairly tall probably doesn't work in my favour tbh 😅

Ok, damn. Yeah, I'm reaching 40.
Except for the hip, I don't have many other issues 😅 I still feel young, but my body has a tough time keeping up sometimes
