I think I'm already out of my depth, but do you mean in the client/app? But even then, alerting the user is a chew on for anyone as incompetent as my dad. I'm guessing the nature of true decentralization brings with it some instability. Which will eventually be resolved.

yeah in the client i have not had issues with my relays dissapearing (Amethyst, Nosmero) so i'm guessing that's just a bug
