And apart from the value argument, Bitcoin is far more liquid than real estate. π‘π
This will sink in within the next years more and more into investors minds and fiat money that is stored within real estate will step by step be swapped into some BTC exposure. If it was only 2-3% of the real estate market that would be billions.

I donβt know the exchange rate for the Norwegian Krone to USD or BTC but denominating in sats makes it easy to compare across borders and time.
A 9.3 BTC apartment is so much more relatable no matter where you are than messing around with currency conversion.
