Where you able to eat all the calories you needed in one meal? Would you eat in the morning? How long did you do this for?

I didn’t calorie count ever I’d eat a large chicken, big steak , lamb shoulder. Basically big meat - a huge salad with feta cheese , olives , and a bit of home made bread/pitta normally - just flour and yogurt flat beads - did this for 3 years last time - went from 120kg to 85kg in about a year
