What part of “We are all Satoshi” don’t they understand?
😂🤣
😆
😂😂
🤦♂️😂
There are no servers right?
Every node is a server. That is why the network is decentralized.
😆

Nice
And all are CIA :P
We should call them Spartacus nodes!
what purpose running multiple nodes serve?
Sybil attacks, Data snooping, ....
bitcoin is not a democracy
Banger
Sure is.
These refurbished PCs are now servers.

Right, no central set of servers like most everything else. I understand I think. I actually run a node with Umbrel. Thing I don't quite get is I run something called BTC core and there is another you can choose to run,,,,, but there is only 1 BITCOIN right? So how does that work??
Yes. There are a couple other implementations outside of Core that you can run. Knots is the main one and Libbitcoin is another one. The short answer is no, there is not only ONE Bitcoin. This is a much more technical and nuanced discussion that I encourage you to research more, but a transaction valid on one node may not be valid on another. That is why the Core/Knots debate is so fierce along with BIP proposal debates. The core tenets of Bitcoin, i.e. 21 million coins, ten minute blocks, SHA 256 cryptography, etc are the same across all implementations but small things like the type of data you can include in a transaction may vary. Again, way too much to get into in a Nostr reply, research more, but the core tenets of Bitcoin remain the same across all implementations.
