Huge shift: DOJ says it’ll stop going after devs, mixers, wallets, or exchanges just for being part of the crypto world. No more “regulation by prosecution.” Focus now is only on actual crime, not tools or tech. Big win for builders, privacy, and freedom. View quoted note →

Great news. However, until we get protections in place in law this will just come back up again with a change in administration. Let’s celebrate but not get complacent.
Why don't the people responsible within the DOJ stand trial for weaponizing the justice system? Or are they above the law? Nothing changes when there aren't consequences.

Yay! Now the crypto world can go back to doing what they do best, scamming people. It's a huge ponzi scheme and it's going to cause a massive global meltdown.
