A few weeks ago I asked an llm to create a custom workout plan for me and it did. I focused on gradual progression because all of my previous attempts were too ambitious and left me injured or too lazy to continue.
The new routine is just right, slowly builds up strength so I donโt quit yet again. Looking forward to my third week! So far nothing to brag about but Iโm definitely feeling better, stronger and more empowered to continue on this path.
