The problem is relying on google, we need to either fork android reverse engineer the drivers and/or go full Linux mobile using mobian postmarketOS and etc

I'd be very happy with a Linux phone if a decent one was made. It would be my first pick. For now I have GrapheneOS, which I like a lot. Anything is to be preferred over my Samsung.
