consistently funneling millions of dollars of other people’s money to failing trash projects, conveniently overpaying for things by millions of dollars repeatedly looks like scammer behavior. He might just be incompetent, but he also might be doing the plot of The Producers with venture capital and donations over and over again. Neither of us know the motivation in his heart. Regardless, he’s either an idiot or a scammer.
