Your avatar should be less than 400kb and if you don’t know what that means you are not to be trusted with animated gifs.

It's especially good to make the image as large in file size as possible but with incredibly low quality — so that it looks like a 7 KB JPG, yet actually weighs 70 MB.

there is just 2 ways.
Have a proxy in front of your client, but that's for self hosting/advanced users.
normalize blossom servers and have them stream chunk of contents rather than the full video.
blossom servers should also be able to monetise any chunk served, with cashu channel, whatever they are called.
Raw Bitmaps are best for this 👍
