This is the reality of how YouTube works. No one sees anything unless you get them in the door. The main content of the show has not changed. I echo your sentiment on silly titles and thumbnails, but no one other than existing bitcoiners click non sensational packaging, and thus there becomes no opportunity to funnel new people to things like the tutorial library.
In short, the packaging of those videos is not meant to entice those that already know what's up. It's meant to funnel fiat normies into a rabbit hole that leads them towards best practices and tools. Every one of those clips features a call to action to visit this page and begin the learning journey of self custody, cold storage, privacy tools, running nodes, etc
