my definition of Tyranny is not based on an armchair judgement of abstract "human rights" but instead on how much the leader uses the (tyrannical) power of the state to manifest the Will of his people. Thus Bukele/Milei would be the least tyrannical in that definition. Biden and Zelensky, who were elected to promote peace and "normalcy", would be the most tyrannical because their actions have manifested circumstances directly opposite to what their people wanted from them. Liberty must be retaken by the people. No government is going to give up their power voluntarily.
