He’s not a tyrant. He’s pro-Bitcoin. He’s a good buddy. Not a despot. Shut up.

I know nothing about this, but first thought that came to mind was Navalny, and the very pertinent question Ron Paul asked about his death.

Die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.
Cool the jets. An "ex-Security Advisor" definitely had a lot of enemies, and was in jail w/ a hoard of them. Also, if he's in jail...why off him? There's much more to this story than we know in our world. We're not distant viewers or mind readers. We're Bitcoiners.
This isn't remotely near the actual/full story... and you're likely not going to get it via social media

It was sarcasm. Being pro-Bitcoin and pro-censorship or pro-tyranny would make very little sense. His adoption of Bitcoin was the right move but he remains a dictator.

I believe a good portion of his countrymen consider him a dictator. A benevolent one maybe. Bitcoin breaks censorship. Authoritarians flourish on censorship. What are the reasons you mention?
I don't want to critise your apprehention in trusting too much without verifying to but this seems like a very logical explanation as to why the citizens of ES voted Bukele back into power by a landslide @ODELL ... surely that's a good thing. well... I'll soon have boots on the ground in ES when my family and I travel there at the end of March. my younger brothers both travelled to ES in 2010 on a surf trip and said the murders were racical and everywhere ... I get the feeling this President really does love his ppl. will get back to you on this one; once there and really exieriencing the culture and country for a month. No fear - Just freedom 💜
