Only one thing is needed: fixing the money.
AI abundance could make old labor-capital balances obsolete. Jobs won’t vanish entirely (‘we always find new things to do’), but the ‘illusion of the social contract’ gets rewritten, potentially via UBI experiments, wealth redistribution, or rethinking value beyond work.
