I've tried testing multiple browsers/devices and accounts, I can't seem to replicate your issue. Only time that its happened is when nodes are being janky, which is out of my hands unfortunately.

Did you restore it to a reasonable block hight? When I first set it up I accidentally left it blank and it was trying to sync the whole thing. Changing it to the height of when I started the wallet made it sync almost instantly.
