So easy.
If you have a warming oven, yogurt is just as easy. Different strains of bacteria so I so both.
Now that i think about it, all ferments are easy.
Just leave vegetables out on the counter in a jar… lol
I've tucked up kimchi/saurkrauat bunch lol, never screwed up kefir tho
