After almost 2 months break we are back with the first brew of the year. Here we transfer the sweet tea into a brew tub with starter culture. #fermentation #kombucha image

About a year. We have two 8L crocks that we use for the starter culture. This allows us to keep them half full when adding the new tea so that the culture stays strong.
