Public transport in Canada is the exact same. No eye contact or else you’re a weirdo.. I’m not the biggest fan of it though. I feel it makes the people in the city feel cold and unapproachable. Everyone just living in their own world

Nah I get that 💯 we should look up and connect with people more but i do rather love to daydream on long tube rides 🫂. I’ll say hello and wave to someone on the tube on my way off of it next time - that way they won’t think i want anything from them 🙏🏽

Yeah the daydreaming is nice as well, get in your own little world. I guess it’s quite different being a woman as well on public transport. Don’t want to give people the wrong idea, especially now a days where there’s more creeps out there
