Yes, of course! Scanning my shelves wondering what to recommend without knowing your interests. Live Not By Lies by Rod Dreher is excellent. Nonfiction. I haven't finished it yet. When I want a break from the messy, twisted world, sometimes I pick up an old George MacDonald novel. They're pure and refreshing - the good characters are genuinely delightful, the bad ones are easily identified, and the stories resolve. Or biographies - lots of those.
