That's great news.
I hope I can ask so offensively why the seedsigner project does not receive the same support?
I know that you often criticize the raspberry pi as a platform. But because of its availability, it is an optimal trade off

I think it's a reckless closed source project with very poor security practices (Multisig with the same device is considered a really bad practice for example), they seem to already have funding. They don't seem to plan to move to an open/better hardware platform. OpenSats already funds a DIY FOSS project. There are many other orgs that may fit them better.
Thank you for your honest answer.
These are my thoughts:
Multisig with the same device is like using a passphrase, but more convenient
It's the user's decision. I can use every signer on the market multiple times in one setup
I think the software is portable to other computers and even microcontroller.
I don't think there is a truly open hardware platform at the moment. if that changes, we will see whether the project goes down this path.
You and the other board members decide that and that is your right with this organization.
I consider direct funding to be the best way forward for my needs.
Nevertheless I am grateful for your work for bitcoin and nostr. Hope that I can give something back to the community at some point
To be clear, the SeedSigner project is not closed source. Saying so is dishonest and insulting to the many open source contributors.
Many part of the Raspberry Pi platform are closed source. This is 💯 true.
