It's Marxism mainly in the name of equity, inclusion and diversity. They have Marxist critical theories for mass illegal immigration. CRT (Critical Race Theory), Decolonization critical theory, postcolonialism, etc. So they push colonization of a diffrent group while claiming decolonization. It's really about disrupting, dismantling and destroying Western nations and the Western ideas of unalienable rights and individual free agency, so they can replace it with socialist or communist forced-collectivism. Books like "Watched of the Earth" by Frantz Fannon about this, even claiming the people of color don't get true feedom until they kill a colonizer (aka white man).
