bridge all the things. NRC already enables one client to sync between devices via a nip-01 protocol over NWC/bunker style rendezvous. it will also enable NAT blocked relays to be reached via another relay, and make it easy to do personal cache relays. this thing is basically like NRC except, for its being used to expose this bridging on primal's internal, non-nip-01 database engine.
