Yeah, I can see an argument that relay or client devs are providing good enough tools to filter out unwanted awful shit. Thats not really a protocol thing, but it is a big problem for the nostr ecosystem as a whole. I agree there, there needs to be better ways to make sure if someone hits global (which is insane to do) that they dont see that shit, really, its killed at the relay level before it ever does. I just have never run into an ancap that liked IP. Most I've run into kind of follow Stephan Kinsella's arguments, so the AI IP thing didnt register for me
Yeah thats cool and all, right now, in the world we live in, with a state. In ancap land, that means literally fucking nothing. You don't own it. IP is not like other property in ancapistan. Physical property you have a claim on, an idea you don't. Once its out of your head and into the world you can't own it in the same way.
