It's probably not a good idea to mess with mining incentives at this point.

no drivechains on my node
The hubris in thinking all of the game theory changes to mining will just work out shows some people are just not serious about Bitcoin being bigger than themselves and are still being driven by ego.
I'm out of the loop, what are we debating this time?

Drivechains are back again and it's getting sweaty.
Zender made the very good that it gives miners fees for voting. Which is like a shift to proof of stake.
