Calling out people's citizenship when talking about gun control is so trump. Why can't the conversation be about gun control only? Why can't it be a intellectual debate? Why not be able to see alternate view point? Is nostr a echo chamber for racists and anti immigrants ?

I notice quite a lot of that sentiment sadly. Less obvious lately, but still a good chunk of self proclaimed Trump supporting liberals. It's an intriguing place to observe...
