I think any bitcoiner that goes to implement zaps and realizes what they are (a forever public record), they would see how silly it is for anything more than 10 cents. It's fun, it's a better captcha system, it's just a 'like'.
I've talked about this many times..
If nostr was to catch on, this public record would be scrutinized and used against everyone who ever sent a zap.

I am not a bitcoiner then, the public record is already scrutinized whether its the blockchain or your bank account and yet life goes on.
I just sent you $10, I don't know why. probably just to prove you wrong because all this talk of privacy on nostr and the internet is becoming tiring to me.
I hear so many others talk about privacy as if its the end goal of life, as if the goal of being a bitcoiner ( using bitcoin ) is to be so private the the world knows nothing about you.
Privacy is a necessity but it seems so many bitcoiners worship it to the point of wanting to completely disconnect and disappear from the world at large. and I don't like that, or at least I'm getting tired of it ๐
