I guess I follow too many people on nostr, its all ive been seeing today. I was kindof disappointed, it seems you are the only optimistic one about it going through. I really hope you are right! As a Canadian, is very strange to see all those properties without lawns and very few trees! I guess thats just the nature of the desert.
