Agree, but do we really know that Satoshi's identity was strong against powerful attackers?
He could be known by some government without him knowing it.
He could also already be locked in a cage somewhere, or worse, without us knowing about it.

You definitely have a point but, on the last one, it's hard to see a scenario where a state would capture him/her and not advertise it.
