All of them, even in the Bitcoin community. Saife looks the way JBP did; greying fast, eyes bulging, and lower teeth showing the entire time he talks. Unfortunately the longer you go, the more insulin resistant you become, and the less able you are to recover your glucose metabolism. JBP is eating carbs again, and he looks sick, fat, and inflamed because his body has decommissioned the machinery necessary to convert sugar to energy efficiently. Eyes are severely 'prey' now. Now go look how the people in the Ray Peat community are aging. Tight, plump skin. Tan. Full thick heads of hair. Hunter eyes. All lean without killing themselves. Just enjoying life and playing outside.

I wonder if lack of sugar is bad for the kidneys. I've read that baldness can be attributed to poor kidney health. There are other factors that come to mind with kidney depletion though too.
