If you want to lose weight improve food quality. Eat single ingredient foods and foods with labels your great grandmother would recognize. This is food for humans, and it works better than Ozempic, Wegovy, or any other GLP-1/GIP/Glucagon agonist long term.

Wait until she stops Ozempic. @serenawilliams The weight will come back with a vengeance (4x faster than stopping exercise). Once you start these medications you are on them for life. Great for pharma, bad for your metabolism.

Food quality is more important than calories for weight loss. Try overeating steak and boiled potatoes. Very hard. Try overeating cookies, french fries and cake. Very easy.
