Last heavy bench session today before competition. Been recovering well this block, but fatigue is here. 142.5kg today will be -2.5 below my best bench and +5 above my best in this weight class (I am competing at -83kg)

What do you try and hit for diet macros?
Calories, protein carbs counts?
I don’t track anything at the moment, I’ve done enough of it over time to eyeball pretty well as I eat the same thing every day. I’d estimate 180g protein and ~2300kcal
