I honestly don't think Nostr is laking here. Most of the "news" on X is just propogsnda. But if this is pulling people back into fiat social, then it is up to us to bring it here.

All news has become propaganda at this point. Its up to the individual to cut through it. But nostr at this point doesn't provide anything to cut through. Maybe it's my following, but my feedfeelsn disconnected from the real world.

I feel you. I have had to deal with the same thing. Gone back to Twitter just to see what people on the ground are posting. It's still early for nostr to be the hub. I'm not sure how to pull people on other social media to join nostr. I think masses will need more than idealism to do that.
