Good morning, Nostr 🌞 Today I’m playing along with one of the greats, John Coltrane, on his beautiful tune “Naima”. A few days ago I shared a duet with Miles Davis on “So What”, and this time I’m stepping in with Coltrane’s band, weaving a little solo of my own alongside the piano. I first fell in love with Coltrane in my early 20s… those waves of sound 🌊, his famous “sheets of sound,” really spoke to me while I was learning the art of improvisation.
