Since a radio station is a live thing and not a feed of discrete episodes NIP-53 (livestream) sounds ideal. It's supported by zap.stream, Amethyst, Nostrudel, Nostur and maybe Coracle. There is an always on radio by @NoGood ✌️ there already.
