When the magnifying glass is focused on the average Joe for expressing his discontent with the government, and the government responds with threats, that is a sign of failure to govern on the part of the government and not a sign the government exists to serve but to enslave.

When government tells the governed to watch their mouths, it's no longer protecting the peace but demanding submission.

That's the rule not the exception. How can one expect otherwise?
