Give us some options, like a steak box with a variety of steaks. Then a variety box with ground beef, roast, stew meat, cutlets, etc. But i think a steak-only box is a must.
Yes! Would be great to have preset cuts or a full 1/8 or 1/4. No major preference on cuts...all looks great!
Have about an eighth of cow still in the freezer from a local split but looking forward to ordering soon™️
