I seem to have lost all my follows again. Last time this happened I logged into another NOSTR app and selected "Follow all" on my follower list. Not seeing that in any of my apps now. Anyone know a client that supports this?

Try adding this relay to your relay list :
wss://hist.nostr.land
It automatically backs up your profile and follows whenever there’s a change. If ever something happens just go to hist.nostr.land on a web browser and restore your follows or profile to any previous backup
