Successful Ponzis are prevalent if the government allows them to exist. Im not arguing about mstr specifically, just pointing out the platitude.

That's most stocks, and its why I don't think additional stock issuance should be allowed after IPO. I know, plenty of people will disagree with that, but their disagreements are based on ideal scenarios, not reality.
