Although zapsnags aren’t high conversion sales. I do try to offer deep value when they work. My core customer is currently age 50+ and a facebook user.

That makes sense - zapsnags can be your R&D lab, while Facebook and email stay your main sales engine. If each zapsnag teaches you 1 thing about offers or stories that move people (monarchs, seasons, scarcity), it is still fueling the core business.
