My grandparents fridge lasted 35 years before my pops had to replace it because spare parts werent available anymore... now youre lucky to have one that lasts half that.
This was the standard. My dad still has a dryer that is from the 70s. Nothing about a modern dryer is any different. Still buy some spare parts.
