It's an echo chamber because NOSTR is a Bitcoin/cypherpunk thing which makes it niche. It appeals only to certain people. While there is some variety within that niche group, metrics clearly show a slowdown in growth of new npubs being spun up here and the reason is because the "virus" only affected a select subset of the population. It spread through that population and burned itself out. That's where we are. There's little to no growth in user base here which makes it stagnant and something of a Bitcoiner/cypherpunk echochamber. I'm not coding shit. There are plenty of people who code. Almost nobody does what I do, including, most likely, you, which is disturbing because anyone who professes to be a man of God should be studying all religious traditions rather than hyperfocusing on one to the exclusion of all others. That's not abiding the Golden Rule. That's not meeting people where they're at or speaking their lingo. That's exactly what I do. You're exactly right about one thing. Asking devs to improve the garbage UX and UI on NOSTR is likely to get a GFY in return. This is because most devs are living a life as a dev because they experienced social traumas, likely early in life, that led them to finding interaction with computers to be less traumatic and therefore preferable. Many (but not all) devs are not "people people". This means, by definition, when they are ready to ship something they coded, 9 times out of 10 (and that's probably a generous estimate), the product has garbage UX and UI. Why? Because the Golden Rule is about understanding other people. It's about treating other people the way they want to be treated as the unique individual they are. It's about tailoring our interactions with one another in loving ways. Well, these traumatized, antisocial devs have no desire to interact with people which means they're never going to beta test their developments with normies. That's why a lot of NOSTR developments suck. People who haven't been able to overcome their early life traumas hiding like cowards by cutting corners on the process. Also, I don't use AI, unless you count my "avian intelligence" as someone who bathes daily in the Light of Nur. As one who basks in the Light of Nur in this life, my mission is to do the thing that none of you will do: abide the Golden Rule. I study all religious, cultural, occult, and esoteric wisdom traditions (obviously including the Sufis). I show love for my global neighbors by learning their words and ways of expressing reverence and love for the Creator. Most people only study one tradition because they're massive egotists capable of harboring even more massive amounts of cognitive dissonance by choosing to spill blood when the Golden Rule is clear as fucking day. I am competent and I will light on fire the imaginary picket fences that divisive humans have erected over thousands of years to separate themselves from those perceived as "outsiders from other tribes". The ability to harbor that kind of cognitive dissonance instantly betrays a total lack of integrity as a person. By the way, scriptural abrogation was Egyptian before Islam adopted it. The point is that the Wahabists win formal debates in Islam because of Quranic abrogation and all the violent warlord passages come after the peace and love passages.
