My friend believes the people are turning against the oligarchs. I might agree that the established oligarchs are being challenged by a new set of emerging oligarchs, and I am somewhat confident that the people will follow. What says your understanding of the direction people are most likely to go? What might happen that we would both count as evidence of it? Do elections count?
